1. Personal, Non-Transferable Subscription

Every Orator App Market subscription is granted to one individual person. You may not share your account credentials, download links, installers, or activation state with any other person or organization. Sharing a personal subscription is a material breach of these Terms and will result in termination of your account without refund.

2. Enterprise And Team Use

If your workplace, school, church, or organization needs the Orator suites, use the Enterprise contact form. Enterprise plans provide multi-seat licensing, centralized billing, deployment tooling, and priority support. Personal subscriptions are never a substitute for an Enterprise agreement.

3. Free Trial And Billing

Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required before trial access begins. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel from your account page before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual) and may be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Account Security

Choose a strong, unique password. Only one active session is permitted per account at a time; signing in on a new browser will sign you out of any other. Suspicious or shared access may trigger automatic session revocation and investigation.

5. Downloads And Updates

Installers are provided only to signed-in subscribers with an active trial or paid subscription. Download links are issued per request and expire after a short time; redistribution of installers is prohibited.

6. Refunds

No charge is made during the 3-day free trial. After billing, subscription fees are non-refundable. Account terminations caused by sharing or other breaches of these Terms are not eligible for refund.
